PRE-MOVE PLAN
Each overseas move is backed by a pre-move plan to ensure we understand your needs and provide a seamless service. This is especially important with an international move, which requires more research, preparation, and paperwork than a domestic move. This plan is designed to anticipate and manage every aspect of your move, giving you a clear timeline, a fixed price, and complete peace of mind.
REGULATIONS & LOGISTICS
Shipping your goods overseas requires a deep understanding of international regulations and complex logistics. From customs regulations and documentation to navigating foreign ports, we’ll handle the intricate details so you don't have to. Our expertise minimises the risk of delays, unexpected fees, or stressful complications.
SHIPPING METHODS
You have two overseas shipping options, Full Container Load (FCL) and Groupage (LCL):
Full Container Load (FCL)
This method is perfect if you're moving a large household or want the fastest, most secure shipping possible. With FCL, you rent an entire container exclusively for your belongings.

Maximum security: Since the container holds only your items, there's no risk of them being mixed up with other shipments. The container is sealed at your home and opened only at its destination, minimising handling.

Faster transit: FCL offers a more direct route, which means your belongings will arrive quicker, often without layovers for other shipments

Complete control: You have full control over the container, allowing for flexible scheduling and a streamlined process from start to finish
Groupage (LCL)
If you're moving with a smaller number of items, groupage is a smart and cost-effective choice.
Groupage and LCL (Less than Container Load) both handle small shipments. Groupage consolidates loose, barcoded goods from multiple clients into a single container. LCL uses spare space in general commercial containers, typically for less busy routes, and requires the cargo to be protected by an ISPM15-certified wooden crate to meet international shipping standards.

Cost-effective: By sharing container space, you also share the shipping costs, making this an economical option for smaller moves

Flexible: Groupage allows for greater flexibility with the volume of your shipment. You only pay for the space you use, not the entire container.
